Commercial Cleaning by SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha

This sooty and dirty structure in Helenville, WI was the result of a fire plus years of dirt and debris caused from a daily basis of manufacturing wood products like cabinetry, tables, and other related wood items. Notice the extent of soot and dirt that accumulated, particularly on the aqua-colored pipe. This soot and dirt was discovered on all horizontal surfaces and walls. It required multiple SERVPRO crews on scissor lifts to clean and deodorize the structure. Special cleaning products designed to remove soot and smoke odor were used to clean this structure.

The after picture was taken once the SERVPRO technicians completed their objective. The tenant was very happy with the results and commented how much cleaner his shop was and how the smoke odor from the fire had been eliminated after we had finished the job. The building owner was very happy that we made his tenant happy by working with the tenant so he could remain onsite and continue to run his business.
