SERVPRO Removes Mold In Commercial Rental Property

This furnace closet, located in a condo in Pewaukee, WI had mold growth after it was discovered that the drain tube from the unit backed up causing the water to leak into the closet where it eventually led to mold.  Notice the extent of the damage on the walls, baseboard and gypcrete floor.

The after photo was taken 3 days later when the structure was dried .  SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County removed the contaminated drywall and insulation and prepared it properly for the drywall installer to put in new insulation and new drywall. 

Our customer was again very happy with our service; she was a repeat customer who used previously on a different water damage project.
